West Bowling Islamic Society
The WBIS exists to provide and maintain a place of worship for the Muslim community and is run by approximately 50 volunteers.
They provide a facility for the educational enhancement of children and adults of all ages and also engage with local churches and schools, working in partnership to improve community cohesion.
The Madni Masjid is managed and maintained by the WBIS for Muslims in the community to attend prayer sessions and organise faith sessions; with over 2000 people a week attending in an age range of 6 to 80.
How Bradford City Challenge Foundation has helped
WBIS is funded mostly through public contributions, funding received from BCCF is utlised for specific projects to help accomplish their mission and objectives for the local community.

It is recognized as an exempt charity by the Inland Revenue. Registration No: XP33273
