The Light Of The World Community Centre
A registered charity, opened in 1997, their vision is to assist in the relief of poverty, the advancement of education and care for the elderly. It employs 9 full time and 4 part time staff and has a team of 12 volunteers.
Key objectives include the reduction of unemployment and the provision of recreational and leisure activities to promote the social and physical welfare of children and families in the community.
There are a wide range of activities from a day care nursery to English classes and a feed the hungry project.
