Bowling Old Lane Ladies Group
The objective of the group is to advance the social, health, welfare and educational needs of the local female community. The group is run by a team of 5 volunteers.
The group provides English classes, ICT classes, childcare and sewing classes and operates healthy lifestyle sessions, including nutrition and physical health.
These classes are mostly accessed by under privileged and non-English speaking women who would not normally be able to access such opportunities.

Funding has fundamentally helped the group to continue to operate in all of the areas outlined above, having a significant impact in assisting integration within the community and confidence building.
