BD4 Community Trust, BradfordWorking under a Christian ethos, the aim of BD4 CT is to support and restore community across the generations.It employs 6 part time workers; ably assisted by 20 volunteers

The trust runs 2 projects, both with the ultimate aim of improving the quality of life for the residents of the BD4 postcode area in Bradford.

The BD4 family project focuses on working with families who have pre-school children and has 115 families on its register.

The Gems project works with the older members of the community to enable them to access services and socialise and has 54 people on their register.

How Bradford City Challenge Foundation has helped

Funding was obtained for the Tots Unlimited sessions helping prepare families for the transition from home to school environment by teching parents and carers of their crucial role in assisting a child's learning and development.
