Bradford City Challenge Foundation application

How does the grant process work?

The application process is held annually starting in January each year.

Application forms are available on request from the Foundation's secretary, through the Registered Office or by downloading here. All applicants should ensure that they carefully read the guidance notes, which can be downloaded here.

Applicants should return the completed form, with a copy of their latest Annual Report and Accounts and all other supporting documentation by January 31st. All applications received by this date will be considered at a meeting of the trustees, usually during the first week of April and decisions will be given to applicants in writing as soon as possible after this.

Any funding agreed will be for the coming fiscal year April to March, on a one-off basis with no right given or implied to a continuation.

Once funding has been agreed, the use for the funding cannot be changed, except in very exceptional circumstances and with the written agreement of the Board of Trustees.

Payment will be made by cheque and can either be on a quarterly basis, as a one-off payment (depending on value) or in the case of a capital project against a supplier invoice, pro-forma invoice or confirmed order to supplier.
